Hark the Sound!
For the final episode of Pride of the ACC we are putting together a virtual performance of Hark the Sound. All past, present, and future Marching Tar Heels along with friends of the program are welcome to participate. The finished product will be included in our final episode, which will be released on Friday, November 13 at 7p.
There are 2 ways you can be involved.
1) Send a photo or 2 of yourself that we can show during the song. It would be great if you could send a photo of you from your days in the band and another more recent photo of you with those most special to you (family, spouse, partner, pet, etc.). Send photos to koh.michael.1995@gmail.com no later than November 6 so they can be included.
2) Contribute to the audio that will accompany the photos/videos. Follow these instructions to participate by playing and/or singing.
- Download the appropriate part from the list below.
- Load the audio file found on YouTube at https://youtu.be/vk1f4uBeSbw.
- Record yourself singing, playing, swaying back and forth, spinning a flag (or something), to the YouTube file. You can either use headphones or a speaker for this process.
- Send your video to Michael Koh at koh.michael.1995@gmail.com using WeTransfer.com no later than November 6. This is a free program that is very easy to use and works great.
- Wait until November 13 to see yourself and others performing Hark the Sound!
